Dental Model Resin 3160 — High-Precision Resin for Thermoforming & Dental Models
Dental Model Resin 3160 is designed for dental laboratories and digital clinics producing orthodontic, implant, and master restoration models. Its material profile focuses on dimensional stability during high-temperature thermoforming and repeated laboratory handling.
A heat deflection temperature of 120°C helps the printed model retain its geometry during high-heat vacuum and pressure thermoforming workflows used for aligner and appliance fabrication.
Linear shrinkage of ≤0.5% supports true-to-CAD model dimensions across full-arch production, helping reduce dimensional deviation when models are used for restorative or orthodontic applications.
With 82D hardness and flexural strength above 60 MPa, the material provides durable model surfaces that resist edge chipping during seating, adjustment, and repeated laboratory handling.
